Privacy Policy
Quiet Pyre Studios is the public development brand for Last Ember: Black Requiem. This policy explains what the Android game does with information and how to contact us.
What the game stores
The game stores progress, settings, and preferences locally on your device. The current version does not provide a Quiet Pyre Studios account, cloud save, advertising, or analytics, and it does not send your gameplay save to a Quiet Pyre Studios server.
Google Play purchases
The game may offer an optional one-time cosmetic Supporter Pack through Google Play. Google processes the payment. The game uses Google Play Billing to request the product price and purchase status and to acknowledge a completed purchase. Quiet Pyre Studios does not receive or store your payment-card details. Google’s handling of payment and account information is governed by Google’s own privacy terms.
Support and testing messages
If you voluntarily email us for support or to join a test, we receive the address and information you include. We use it only to respond, manage test access, diagnose a reported issue, prevent abuse, or meet a legal obligation. Closed-test contact lists are normally removed within 30 days after that test ends. Routine support correspondence is normally removed within 90 days after the issue is resolved, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, disputes, or law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to deliver the relevant service—such as Google Play for app distribution and billing, and Gmail for messages—or disclosed where law requires it. We do not permit those providers to use information on our behalf for unrelated purposes.
Security and your choices
We limit access to studio accounts and use account security controls. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You can erase local game data through Android’s app-storage settings or by uninstalling the game. To request access to or deletion of an email or testing record held by us, contact the address below. We may need enough information to locate and verify the request.
Children
The game is not designed to ask children for personal information. If you believe a child sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be reflected here before the affected feature is released.
